1. Cash on Delivery: Payment upon receipt of your order at your place. You can pay the courier employee of our courier partner (Geniki Taxydromiki) on delivery of your order at your place. Cash on Delivery method is available throughout Greece.
2. Credit Card: The www.emmanouil.com online store accepts all Visa and Mastercard credit cards through VivaPayments.
3. Receipt and Payment of your order at EMMANOUIL store: Place your order by www.emmanouil.com and you’ll receive your products the next working day from the EMMANOUIL store, located at 22 Alekou Panagouli Str., Nea Ionia. In this case, you won’t be charged for shipping.
We will immediately inform you of the availability of the product you selected via e-mail or phone. Also, we will contact you in case any of the products you have ordered are not in stock for immediate delivery.
Your order will be available for collection from our store for 2 days. The payment of your order will be made in our store upon receipt.
4. Bank deposit : If you do not have a credit card, you can deposit the money in the banks we cooperate with. Pay for your order in one of the below accounts:

Please send us a copy of the bank payment order by fax at 210-2388040. As soon as we receive the copy of the bank transfer payment, we will ship your order.
Your Shopping Cart offers you the option to choose the payment type you wish by clicking either the “Sales Receipt” or “Invoice” button. In case you want an invoice, please enter the details of your Company and then click “Place Order."
If you wish to exchange a product you purchased, you should first contact us at +30 210 2320827 or send your message at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of your exchange requirements. Upon approval of your exchange request, we will send you the new product and you will simply return the product you wanted to exchange to the courier employee (product exchange).
Returns or Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days from receipt date, provided you inform us for the reason of the return or exchange upon receipt.
The product must be in its original packaging (as delivered) and must not have been used or washed.
Courier costs for returns are covered by the customer.
In case your order does not fit you right or you are not satisfied with the product, we will replace it with another product of your choice. with a delivery charge of 6,00€ for all areas.
